Vintage M.W.H. Co. HAND MADE Double Bit Axe Head Marshall Wells 9 3/16" Long
Made by the Marshall Wells Hardware Co.
The axe is in good used condition with some wear.
The stamp is in good condition and is partially missing. See pictures.
It shows pitting and some surface oxidation.
The cutting bits have some nicks.
The axe head measures approximately 9 3/16" long at the longest point. The cutting bits measure approximately 4 1/2" and 4 9/16".
It weighs 3 lbs 10 oz.
