Vintage GARANT AXE / Original Seal Label

I'm listing this axe as used but quite possibly could be NOS
3#8oz 5"x7" with untouched factory edge
What makes me think it might not be  NOS is there are some hammer marks where it looks like someone tried to drive the head onto a handle
without those I would have called it NOS with heavy shelf wear
Either way it will clean up nicely
