Vintage BULLDOG billhook brush Hatchet Axe Wood Tool

Description

Original 25" BULLDOG billhook brush machete hatchet axe with tempered  carbon steel head  and hard wood handle  1.5" diameter  : Bulldog Made in England embossed !
This is a 3 lbs  wood tool with a solid construction and a long steel sleeve to keep handle protected and locked with 2 large rivets.
The blade about 4 " wide  tapered forged  from 3/16" stock, the edges are good and  it looks this hatched has never really been used the tag is still on wood handle.
This model is very rare  in this very good  condition and were the last ones made in seventies .
There is not a single one on the Net for sale  I even checked UK Ebay
. A collector's item and its priced accordingly !
