This vintage antique axe head weighs approx. 4.36 lbs., is approx. 7 9/16" long, center pole to center blade crown, blade sharp and true, skin show a ruddy smooth finish, pole shows strike marks, dressed, head shows age, blemishes, has nice thin blade taper, fairly serious older heavy head. Head works as good quality alloy carbon steel.
