    Description

Offered here is a wonderful Aboriginal Hand crafted open weave basket. This was made in Numbuulwar in the Northern Territory of Australia in 1987 and still has the original paperwork. The beautiful basket is made of Pandanus leaves that are carefully split with the fingernail in tiny strips and dried in the sun and then woven. This fine basket was made by Margaret Nangugarluj. The original certificate is included.
The basket stands 7" in height and is 8" in diameter. The hand craftsmanship is excellent. The basket can be used in any room of your home and would look great for a potted plant or many other uses.
    There are no faults.
