V & S double bit axe head, 3 1/2 pound kelly, collins

V and S, I am not able to identify who this was for or made by  with a quick internet search.

" with stylized dashes like it is moving fast,
A nice vintage double bit axe head.
weight is 3 1/2 pounds
sides not all mushed in from abuse or anything.
a little ding in the blade on one side
some rust  to do a cleaning of
5 inch blade sweep.

will fit into a  flat rate envelope with cardboard to protect it
