An Antique Crate from the American Cynamid Company
Once containing mining explosives!
Here’s an explosive find! This crate once contained dynamite made by the American Cynamid Company. American Cynamid was founded in 1907 in New York, New York as a fertilizer business. During the 1920s, they began diversifying their product lines. It follows that they would make blasting materials.
This crate is an intricated dovetailed, open bottom design. It would make an excellent conversation piece, or you can turn it into a glass table bottom or put some fabric on top to make a stool. You are welcome to change the patina; however, I opted not to due to the great, rustic look.
Condition:
This explosives crate is in VERY GOOD condition. It is structurally sound, although worn in places, with a very rustic patina.

Returns:
I accept a no-questions-asked money back return policy granted the request is made up to 30 days after the item arrives. I refund only the purchase price of the item and, if free return shipping is offered on the listing, the full return shipping. It is your responsibility to return the item to me in the same condition it was sent to you. If the item is returned in an inferior condition as to how it was sent, a full return might not be granted. New items that come back in an inferior condition or are removed from their original packaging will not be granted a full refund.
