    Description

Predecessor of German S.F. 14Z, these trench binoculars were manufactured as an export model for Finnish army in 1919 by Goerz in Bratislava. Serial number is 9234 (the lowest that I've seen). The optics are really good condition and this has been refurbished for military use in early 1996 by professional optics crew in army ordnance depot (documents included). Kit also includes the rare & original Goerz azimuth aiming circle, early model wood screw attachment point and original lens hoods as well as red filter caps for oculars (that are oxidized, but easily cleaned). The set is packed to WW2-era leather carrying case with original markings. The pack misses one metal attachment loop that is easily fixable, but other shoulder strap is not attached due to that.
The case is the original one, since it still has attachment point for SkY (Civil Guard Staff) brass plate on top that were fixed on them when they were taken in use. The plate itself though is long gone.
