PURSENURSE PLACE – I sell a variety of lovely items of all sorts, both Old and New. Whether you might be a collector, a shopaholic, or are simply looking for that ‘certain something special, please stop in. You might just find it!
In my Travels around the Los Angeles area to find Interesting, Unusual, Antique or Beautiful Selections of Luggage, Purses and Leathergoods items to add to my eBay Shop, I come across some really special pieces and Lost Treasures.
Many of the Estate Sales I attend are in the most Magnificent Homes which belonged to extremely wealthy, successful people. It is absolutely amazing to me how many beautiful things they had that were never used. Possibly they were impulse purchases or more likely, gifts that were never used.
I found this pre-owned Lee Hamer Memorial Golf Classic 25’ Tape Measure to be another interesting find. I don’t know how old it is. Nobody at the Estate Sale had any information on it.
The tape is about an inch wide and has nice large numbers which makes for easier reading. The Body seems to have been made of some sort of yellow Hard Plastic, surrounded by Black Rubber or some sort of Rubber-Type Material. The Back also has a metal belt hook. I could not find any maker mark on it. I would imagine this might have been done by one of the large well-known tape measure makers although I could not find any country of original manufacture on it either.
I really don’t know anything about this Lee Hamer person or about that particular golf classic. I’m thinking it might be some local charity event but this is only a guess. If anyone reading this does have any information on it, I’d love to hear from you.
You can see that it has been used but it still has lots of life left in it. I think it might be a great find for a golf-oriented collector.

The item must be received by me no later than 14 days from date you received it.
It must be returned with careful packing, preferably in the same packaging in which you received it. Your purchase price less original shipping as well as a deduction of a 25% Re-Stocking Fee will be refunded back to your PayPal account. You are responsible for the return shipping charges with Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation. Please also email me with the Tracking Number as soon as the package is shipped back.
If the item is a ‘Free Shipping’ item, you will be refunded your original purchase price less the shipping I incurred in originally shipping it to you. All of the other conditions above-mentioned also apply.
