Shipping fee covers actual shipping plus insurance, packaging material and handling, ebay and paypal fees. That fee does not imply solely to actual shipping cost.
We ship to addresses as shown on the paypal transaction provided by paypal confirmed address. Please make sure your address is correct on your paypal prior to purchasing.

Our products requires professional installation and we are not held responsible for installation of the product. If the product is damage during installation, we are not held responsible for refunds.
Paypal and Credit card Payment Accepted: Orders with payment in Echeck (paypal) won’t be ship until fully cleared by paypal.
All payment are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended.
Any item that the buyer returned as defective will be tested by our RMA department. If there is no problems or errors found during testing, a restocking fee may apply.
RETURNING POLICY

You may return or exchange any unopened products in resalable condition (deemed resalable by our RMA department), we do not pay for return shipping in this case.  Upon receiving the product, RMA will process accordingly.
All returns due to the buyer's mistake will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
