    Buttons are taken from the coat of a Mining  Inspector (Bergsmastare) and used as beads for a gilded bracelet. High quality work by an expert silversmith. Buttons marked Sporrong, Stockholm.
    buttons are 13 mm. Bracelet is 185 mm long.
    In Sweden Bergsmästare was a title for a state Mining inspector dating from the 17th century and well into the 19th century. Bergsmästare had an uniform with 2 crossed torches on the buttons. RARE.
