Rare and unusual miners electric lunch pail made by The Electric Lunch Co., Algonac, Michigan
Complete with all inside compartments and marked beverage bottle
Made of aluminum. Original black finish; has leather carry handle and probably dates from the 1930s
It is sold for display only. However, I did plug it in and it started to warm up, so it is working
The miner could plug this into an outlet in the underground lunch room located in many mines and it would keep his lunch warm
